metro station pleasant staff comfortable bed

transport was easy because a tram and metro station was nearby. public areas seemed modern to me. breakfast choices looked generous. staff members were pleasant and were willing to speak english. i found the bed quite comfortable.

air conditioning felt weak, a detail that slightly marred the stay.

The metro station was CLOSE. Many shops were nearby. The area felt very pleasant. It was only about 20 minutes away from the city center. Water fountains in the lobby were a DELIGHT. They even offered coffee and chocolate drinks.

The room was okay-ish. The bed was not THAT comfortable. The bathroom felt small, and the shower area leaked to the rest of the bathroom. The hotel did not provide ANY water or coffee and tea set up in the room .

the breakfast had good choices.

the room felt small and lacked storage i needed. there was no kettle in the room, i wanted to make tea. also, the air conditioning shut off frequently.

free water breakfast included uncomfortable bed thin topper

The breakfast included was a nice plus. I also liked that water was available. It allowed me to fill my bottles before going out each day. These small conveniences.

The double bed was two singles pushed together. It had a thin double topper above, which came apart during the night. This made sleeping uncomfortable.
